The Logtag with Display is a 3 in one instrument. It is firstly a temperature logger, it is also a thermometer and it is also a min/max thermometer.

The LogDisp needs to be set up using the analyser software. The set up tells the logger how often you want it to record the temperature and what alarm limits you wish to set. This depends where you are placing the logger.

For Food Safety, a fridge must be between 0°C and 5°C. For Freezers they must be below -18°C.

Once set up simply place the Logtag Display into your fridge or freezer and let it record.

The instrument will display the temperature. You can then scroll through the minimum and maximum temperatures for the last 30 days at the fridge or freezer just by pressing a button. To see the log of all temperatures, start up the analyser software and plug the logger in.

Download the results and they are stored on your computer for your record of temperatures. They can also be printed out as a hard copy.
